I had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia about a year before my first appointment with Joyce. It had been a difficult year figuring out different medications, all while still having a lot of physical pain. Acupuncture has dramatically reduced the amount of pain I deal with on a daily basis.
On one particular appointment, I hobbled into the office with ankle and knee pain and after the treatment, I was able to walk out pain free. Joyce is very knowledgable and is always happy to answer my questions and talk about Chinese medicine and Western medicine and how they connect with each other. My acupuncture appointments are always a highlight of my day. I know Joyce will help me with whatever pains I am feeling each time I see her.

I've always wanted to try out acupuncture because of all the good things I heard about it, but I was terrified of needles. I finally gave in and saw Joyce. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Before we started the treatment, she asked me tons of questions which I appreciated and felt cared for. She is full of knowledge and she's earned my trust! I came in mostly for my whole well being as well as my hormonal imbalance issues.
By the first treatment, I felt overall better and rebooked. After a couple months, and several sessions later, my hormones were getting more in balance. Nothing else has helped me other than acupuncture. I see Joyce regularly and always will. I had some back pain recently and addressed the issue during our session, and I kid you not, after I felt 100% better. I look forward to seeing her every time.
